Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ReceiptHubAI offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You can try the full service without charge before your first payment. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Within 14 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with ReceiptHubAI, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to your first purchase only.
• Technical issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service as described, and we are unable to resolve them, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will refund the erroneous amount.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Subscriptions renewed after the first billing period (unless required by law or at our discretion)
• Partial months or unused portions of a subscription
• Change of mind after the 14-day refund period has passed

Your statutory rights (e.g. under consumer protection laws) remain unaffected. If you are in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights to cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle). Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control the timing of when the refund appears on your statement.

Upon refund, your access to paid features will end at the end of the current billing period or immediately, as determined by us.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you retain access until then. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund for the current period; refund eligibility is governed by Section 2 above.
